Experience:
Brad has been participating in commercial sales and leasing transactions since 1995, and Andie has been active since 1996. They teamed up in 1998 and between the two of them, they have extensive experience with multi-family, industrial, commercial and investment sales. They have also participated in extensive lease transactions for industrial, office, and retail space. Just since 2002, they have been involved in more than $100 million dollars in real estate transactions.
